The JPEG Wizard shrinks and/or edits your JPEG images without the damage of uncompression and recompression. Just select a source JPEG image from your computer and watch for the results online, or download JPEG Wizard 1.3.

The JPEG Wizard Online Optimizer is a free service of Pegasus Imaging. The JPEG Wizard Online Optimizer will also rotate/mirror your JPEG file with optimization, or completely without loss.

Select an image (JPEG, BMP, GIF) from your hard drive

Specify the compression parameters. Set the Luminance and Chrominance options somewhere between 0 and 255.
