This is template engine to design web pages, which will help you to generate text output based on templates. With this you can access data from Java servlets info web pages and can keep graphic design separate from application logic. The generated text can be stored in a local file, send it as e-mail, send it back to a Web browser from a Web application, etc. It is fully written in Java. In this the HTML are summarized in templates which will be get compiled to Template objects. Using your servlets these template objects generate HTML dynamically. FreeMarker can be very easily embedded into your product. As it is lightweight it doesn?t require any servlet environment. It is a Pluggable template loader so it can load templates from any sources,- local files, database, etc.
