When you add a folder to the list of encrypted files and give it a password, the folder icon that it usually has will change for a new icon, which also resembles a file folder, but it is colored in green. If you double-click it like you would any other folder, Best Folder Encryptor will ask you for your password. If you input it right, the folder will reverse to its original state and you will be able to do anything you want to it. Once you close it, it will be encrypted again. You can always remove it from your list of encrypted folders. With this suite of encryption tools, you can also definitively erase any file on your system, protect your hard drives from tampering (including USB drives), and hide folders.
