DocFetcher is a free and open code program for desktop searches. It lets the user do high speed searches through all the documents inside folders that contain certain keywords. DocFetcher is, more or less, a type of Google that works inside your home PC. It supports the usual text documents (HTML, DOC, PDF, RTF, CHM, ABW, GZ, ZSBW, etc). The program can index up to 600 documents in three minutes. It includes a panel to preview the searches, and a basic Internet browser. With DocFetcher you can search by criteria (file type, size, route ...).A very useful program for those who usually work with text documents.
