Open Player X3 is a free video player able to play files with some of the most popular video formats. It can play .AVI, MPG, WMV, MPEG, ASF, VOB and MKV video files. Oddly enough, in order to load a video file you will need to press the "Play" button and choose the file to view on your hard disk. Once you choose it, the video will start. The interface has the common buttons for a video player. On the right you will find the "Settings" button, that will allow you to change the skin of the program, that can be created using the Skin Maker program, by clicking on the "Browse" button to look in your disk for .ski files. The "Settings" window will show you information about your video card driver, not your video card. It will also allow you to enable or disable the keyboard shortcuts. This program is still under development, as this is just a beta version. So, you will see that it hangs frequently, without any reason. It will not read some video files, even when its format is supported by the program.
