Tiger Eye - Part I: Curse of the Riddle Box is a hidden-object game based on a famous Chinese novel. Throughout the game, you will visit different locations in China trying to escape from this country with the help of the warrior that the main character sets free when buying the riddle box. Every level has certain tasks that you must achieve. These involve searching for particular objects in the scenes, as well as doing other tasks that may also require you to find a particular object first. All levels also have special activities that you must carry out to complete the level and proceed to the next one. From time to time, you will be also asked to play mini-games, which are fun and original and cover many genres. If you have trouble finding an object, you can use the psi orb for a hint. The number of hints is limited, but you can get more by recharging the orb. Every time to find an object or complete a puzzle, psi energy is added to the orb and you are granted a new hint. As you play, you are also given points that help you ascend in rank. If you manage to earn 50 points, you'll get the highest rank, thus unlocking extra content that you can access from the main menu. Regarding the graphics, they are colorful and attractive. The game is also full of well-done cutscenes and dialogues that make the story more enjoyable. Sound effects are excellent and the music is very pleasant. In short, Tiger Eye - Part I: Curse of the Riddle Box is a very enjoyable hidden-object game that definitely deserves a try.
