The fundamental aim of Wiki Composer is to minimize the usual friction that exists between the ideas of the user when composing music and trying to capture those ideas in the program.Wiki Composer has support for external MIDI devices and its user interface is completely visual (WYSIWYG). It also includes many operations that will be very familiar thanks to other applications like a text processor.The music notes you use in your composition can be highlighted simply by dragging the mouse over them. You can edit them or modify them in many ways, cut them, copy and paste them, delete them, move them, etc. This is done using the habitual controls of any text editing program. You can also undo any operation using Ctrl+Z.
